Who we are
Established by renowned shooter, National champion and international Medalist Rakesh Manpat in 2017, Elite Shooting Academy (ESA) was founded in view to promote shooting from the grassroots level and within a year of its founding, we were able to bag a gold and bronze medal. As an academy, we aspire to carve a niche in honing the skills for the grassroots level kids and through the sport. It enables their key skills and focuses on their personality development which will make these kids not only winners in the sport or on the firing lane but also in all endeavors they take-up outside of the sport in education and beyond.
Elite Shooting Academy is a 10-meter Air rifle and Air Pistol state of the art facility with our high- performance centers located at Indiranagar and PDCSE. We intend to provide an ideal platform for aspiring youngsters as well as professionals, keeping in mind the requirements that the sport demands at the international level.


The role
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Centre Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure a top-tier experience for our clients, and uphold the standards of excellence at Elite Shooting Centre. The ideal candidate will combine strong leadership skills with a passion for customer service, team management, and operational efficiency.


Roles and Responsibilities
Operations Management
 Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth functionality of the facility.
 Implement and monitor policies and procedures to ensure safety and compliance with legal standards.
 Coordinate maintenance of equipment, ranges, and facilities to ensure a clean, safe, and professional environment.
 Manage inventory, including ammunition, targets, and other shooting-related supplies.
Customer Experience
 Provide an exceptional client experience by addressing inquiries, feedback, and concerns promptly and professionally.
 Oversee membership services, including onboarding, renewals, and customer retention strategies.
 Organize and manage events, competitions, and training sessions.
Team Leadership
 Recruit, train, and manage staff, including range officers, administrative personnel, and instructors.
 Foster a positive team culture focused on collaboration, professionalism, and accountability.
 Create and manage staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage for all activities.
Financial Management
 Handle billing, payments, and financial reporting.
 Identify opportunities for revenue growth through new programs, partnerships, or memberships.
Qualifications
 Proven experience in a managerial or operational role, ideally in a sports or recreation facility.
 Strong leadership and team management skills.
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 Understanding of safety and compliance requirements in shooting sports.
 Proficiency in budgeting, scheduling, and operational software.
