The role
As a Sales and Marketing Specialist at our Shooting Academy, you will play a crucial role in
driving revenue growth and enhancing the overall brand presence. Your primary responsibilities
will involve developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to attract new
customers, retain existing clients, and promote our range of shooting programs and services.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy Development:
● Collaborate with the management team to define sales targets, goals, and strategies.
● Conduct market research to identify potential customer segments and opportunities for
business expansion.
● Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the shooting sports industry, including
competitors and industry trends. - Customer Acquisition and Retention:
● Implement creative and targeted marketing campaigns to attract new customers.
● Build and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage
repeat business.
● Develop and implement customer loyalty programs to enhance retention. - Digital Marketing:
● Manage the digital presence of the Shooting Academy, including the website and social
media platforms.
● Create engaging and relevant content to promote events, training programs, and special promotions.
● Utilize SEO and other online marketing tools to optimize the online visibility of the academy. - Event Coordination:
● Plan and execute promotional events, workshops, and seminars to attract new customers.
● Collaborate with the events team to ensure seamless coordination and implementation of
marketing strategies during events. - Sales and Reporting:
● Track and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to the management
team.
● Identify areas for improvement and recommend adjustments to sales and marketing
strategies accordingly. - Collaboration:
● Work closely with the training and customer service teams to ensure a cohesive customer
experience.
● Collaborate with external partners and sponsors to enhance brand visibility and
sponsorship opportunities.
Qualifications:
● Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
● Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in Education/sports or recreational
industry.
● Strong understanding of digital marketing, including social media, SEO, and content
creation.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Results-driven with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets.
● Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
