THE ROLE

We are currently seeking a skilled and passionate Air Pistol and Air Rifle Shooting Coach to join
our team. As a Shooting Coach, you will play a vital role in training and mentoring aspiring
athletes in the disciplines of air pistol and air rifle shooting, helping them achieve their highest
potential in local and regional competitions.

Qualifications:

• Certified shooting coach with a recognized coaching accreditation in air pistol and air rifle
  shooting.
• Proven experience in coaching and training athletes, preferably in shooting sports.
• Strong understanding of shooting techniques, equipment, safety procedures, and competition
  formats.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate athletes
  of all ages.
• Patience, adaptability, and a passion for teaching and mentoring young athletes.
• Ability to maintain a positive and encouraging coaching style while challenging athletes to achieve
  their best.
